Quality Assurance & Reliability

With a focus on high quality goal, our team care about safety, quality and reliability, not just for medical device product.  From the beginning of project kick off,  our QA team has started involve in every design verification process, from material selection, production fixture and jig alignment and calibration, until the device finish final inspection process.   Every step and process will be recorded into system for ensuring customer can trace all details from head to toe. 
Besides process verification and documentation, our QA team also will proceed all round of testing to ensure product quality can be stacked from process to process and move smoothly from design stage until mass production.
